✓ Criteria: No scratches, dents, or discoloration
± Tolerance: 0 major defects, <3 minor
⚠️ On fail: Quarantine & rework
"Check under 500 lux lighting"
#2📏Dimensional Check
✓ Criteria: Width, height, thickness within spec
± Tolerance: ±0.5mm
⚠️ On fail: Scrap if out of spec
"Use calibrated calipers"
