Generate Incident Response Flow
List IT incidents with categories. The AI will detect severity (SEV0-SEV3) from keywords like "outage", "down", "major degradation", "minor bug" and assign response stages: Detect → Triage → Investigate → Resolve → Postmortem.
Severity Levels: SEV0 (red, critical outage) → SEV1 (orange, major degradation) → SEV2 (amber, partial issue) → SEV3 (gray, minor). SEV0/SEV1 include mandatory post-incident review.
